Commemorative Plates & House Plaques
Our commemorative ware is made using a light firing stoneware clay. After biscuit firing glaze is applied with the design then painted onto the glaze with oxides before the second firing to 1260 C. We make our own glaze, which is formulated to bring out the colour of the pigments. The plates are 25.5cm in diameter and the house plaques are 25cm.
The plates and house plaques can be designed from our customers’ suggestions, photos, or drawings.
